My house is located 15-20min from airport. 5-10min to Accra Mall. The house is in walking distance to GIMPA and University of Ghana (Legon). My house is very cozy and relaxing. It is peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood compliments it. There are always friendly neighbors, fresh fruits and vegetables are always avail a be. The play is easily accessible to town. I live in a spacious yet simply decorated house. It is a great place to hide away from the city. The space The room is very spacious and cozy. Very relaxed. You feel as though you are in a hotel suite. Guest access You can access the living room. dining table, yard, and driveway. During your stay There will be help available during your stay, I am always reachable via phone call or social media handles. I am always available. Other things to note If you are interested in breakfast, lunch, or dinner, that comes as an additional cost. Please request for the menu. Do not smoke in your rooms or in the house. We do not smoke within the compound of the house. If you do smoke, kindly smoke outside the compound gate. We do not have a generator solely because the lights hardly go off in this neighborhood. Lights off usually happens twice in a month. It can last for 30 minutes or it comes on before 6:30pm if and when it happens. We have running water 24-7. If and when the water from the main pipeline does go off we have an emergency water poly tank that will keep the water running regardless. The use of the washing machine and dryer are prohibited. If you need to do your laundry, kindly request for optional laundry services provided in our area.
