The space The Mazzoni apartment is located in the renovated and unique setting of the Centrale Mazzoni, winner of the 2011 European Color Design Award, where you will find the utmost comfort for a pleasant holiday in Venice. Bright and quiet, this 55-square-meter apartment features a large double bedroom and a comfortable living room that opens onto the kitchen, overlooking the building's pleasant inner courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils for preparing your meals; the comfortable living room comes with wifi, TV, and Bluetooth stereo. The bathroom consists of a shower with steam bath and chromotherapy, and a washing machine equipped with detergent and fabric softener. The apartment has floor cooling/heating and air conditioning in the bedroom. The heating/cooling is centralized. Air conditioning is available from April 20 to October 15, while heating is available from October 15 to April 20. The apartment is located near the train station of S. Lucia, in the former Mazzoni station, in a quiet and peaceful area in the historic Cannaregio district. An easily accessible location, whether you are coming from the train station, by waterbus (vaporetto) from the airport, or by car. A short walk from the Grand Canal and Lista di Spagna, the city's main street that will lead you on its arched path to the main attractions from Rialto to St. Mark's, you will find all the amenities for a comfortable stay, from local bars and restaurants to supermarkets and convenience stores to keep everything close at hand. It is located near the Vaporetto della Ferrovia stop, from where boats depart in all directions: both to San Marco and to the Islands of Murano and Burano, among others. About 10-15 minutes from the house is Piazzale Roma, the only access point by car, which counts with parking lots and bus stops from Venice's two airports (Treviso and Marco Polo). Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests' use.
