However, there is a laundry service available inside the condo complex found at the clubhouse. Charge: 30pesos per kg for clothes. Please give them at least 3 days (not including Sunday) to have them ready. Another option would be a DIY laundry shop near the complex. Let us know if you need directions ------------- SECURITY ------------- Guest safety is our primary concern, that’s why CCTV cameras are available all through out the complex to monitor outside all apartment units, hallways and common areas, and we have security guards on watch 24/7 ------------------------------------- GUESTS' ACCESSIBLE AREAS ------------------------------------- This is not a sharing apartment, so you will not be sharing with anyone. Some of the facilities in the condo complex require small fees that you may directly pay to the property management office located at the clubhouse, not to the owner/host. [SWIMMING POOL ACCESS] Usage: Guest Days and Time: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri / 7am - 9pm only Charge: 224 pesos per person for the day (for only up to 8 guests). Closed on Thursday for maintenance Guest can actually hang out around the pool area with no extra charge but cannot swim and enter the pool. According to the condo regulations, guest cannot use the pool on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays, as the pool is strictly for long term registered tenants/residents at the complex. Please note that if a national holiday falls on a Thursday, the pool will remain closed to guests (but open to the long term registered residents), In this case, they will closed the pool on Friday for maintenance instead of Thursday [GYM , TABLE TENNIS, BILLARDS] Charge: 56 pesos per day [BADMINTON COURT] Charge: 112 per person per day between 8am - 6pm 200 pesos per person per hour between 6pm-9pm [PARKING SLOT RENTAL] (Available on a first come, first serve basis): Day Parking Time: 8am-10pm Charge: 25 pesos for the first 3 hours and 10 pesos each hour thereafter Overnight Parking Time: 10pm – 8am Charge: 150 pesos Please note to inform the security guard on-duty upon arriving the entrance gate. They will be assisting you to find an available parking slot. [PERSONS WITH MOBILITY ISSUES] In the event that you are coming with persons with mobility issues, all condo building has an elevator for easy access. There is a ramp at the basement (LG) with direct access to the elevator [CONVENIENCE STORE] There is small convenience store located at the clubhouse basement opens until 10pm There are also other convenience store located near the complex like Mini Stop and 7 Eleven Other things to note ------------------------- COURTESY CHECK ------------------------- If you wish to store your luggage after checking out or before checking in, we can allow you to store your luggage at our Locked Storage Area (which is also used as a laundry drying area without any additional fee. Please do not leave any valuable items or perishable items. We will not be responsible for any lost or damage. CCTVs are also available on those areas for security As you know that the storage area is at the Drying cage area, we advice not to leave anything that easily melts -------------------- CLEANING FEE -------------------- Please note that the Cleaning Fee is for the cleaning and laundry services 'after each' stay. It is not for daily cleaning. Please note that if you wish to make more than one booking, there will be a cleaning fee 'per' stay/booking. There will be a charge of extra 1500 pesos if you wish to have cleaning services during your stay, these services will be subcontracted. Linens and towels will be changed (please request in advance) We will change fresh clean linens and towels for those guests staying in a weekly basis with no extra charge. ------------------------ ROOM AMENITIES ------------------------ We provide the following Complimentary Items: Mineral drinking water, coffee, sugar and tea. Toiletries Items: bath towels, liquid soap and shampoo ----------------- ELECTRICITY ----------------- For 1 month or more booking, electricity charges is inclusive to rent but limited to Php 5,000/month. Electricity charges, which go over this amount, will be billed to guest. We suggest making sure any appliances and lights are turned off when not in use. We recommend using the Air Con up to 8 hours a day to prevent excess use of electricity. An Electric Meter Reading will be done upon check-in and check-out. Guests can also request to see the current meter reading at anytime to monitor their consumption.
