I'm Véronique Minozzo, I'm the owner. I travel 100 km to do the exit inventory for rentals on Sundays, the rest of the time there is a lockbox. So please put everything back, clean, close when you leave because no one will come after you if you leave in the middle of the week, take a photo of the rooms when you arrive to put everything back as you found it, it's a tip that saves everyone time. UNITS These 2 nearby barns, rented separately but without a view, include a living room with satellite TV, ironing equipment, a wardrobe and a seating area with a sofa. They also include a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, oven, gas or glass-ceramic hobs, a kettle, and a coffee machine. The barns have two terraces each, a garden and a barbecue. Raclette, fondue, and crepes are also provided. For the 6-person barn: traditional coffee maker with filter and Dolce Gusto coffee maker with pods. For the 5-person barn: traditional coffee maker with filter. PRACTICAL INFORMATION Very steep hairpin turn to be taken in two turns (see map for the maneuver). Vans, pickup trucks and low sports cars are not allowed. Small single-axle trailers are permitted. There may be ruts on the road due to thunderstorms. For the size of beddings and pillow cases to be provided: Barn beds 6 people: 4 single beds 90, 1 double bed 160, pillowcases 65x65 Barn beds 5 people: 3 single beds in 90, 1 double bed in 140, pillowcases 65x65 Linens (tea towels, towels or cotton towels, cotton tablecloths, gloves) not provided, blankets provided, duvets not provided. Check-in and check-out. For tenants of the lower barn, please park under the tree to the left and in front of the large barn on the grass. For tenants of the upper barn, please park as far to the right as possible near the barbecue on the grass. Do not park on the stone terrace in front of the large sheepfold or park on the terrace, or on the large parking lot behind the houses because in case of rain you will be in trouble. Do not park in the middle of the roads because shepherds and neighbors circulate on these forest roads. You will be asked for a cleaning deposit of 100 euros per transfer and per house at the time of booking in case additional cleaning is required. So cleaning to be done by the tenants at the end of the stay. Electricity not included except for July and August. Electricity amount: 0.25 euros per kilowatt hour. Photos of the meters to be sent by chat upon arrival and departure. Electricity costs are deducted from the cleaning deposit returned by bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when booking. Water from a source and therefore not controlled (Prefecture registration in progress). A bag of wood is provided for one or two fires, for more bags of wood, they are on sale at the Carrefour Montagne 5 mins drive to the village of Loudenvielle. First bag of wood exceptionally not provided if the road is not accessible to the houses with a passenger car. Our animal friends are accepted at no extra cost, but we kindly ask you to check that there are no traces left by your little animals! Therefore, we advise you to clean the floors of the bedrooms and the ground floor (mop and vacuum cleaner) just before your departure. We kindly ask you to bring the garden furniture back in the evening and to clean the insert with the appropriate product provided. EQUIPMENT RECOMMENDATION Televisions: First turn on the white box, wait for the numbers and letters to appear (1 min), then turn on the television (black remote control for the large barn, power button on the television for the small barn). To turn off, first turn off the white box and wait (1 min) then use the black remote control or the power button to turn off the TV screen. Fireplaces: kindling, firelighter and few logs to start the heating slowly, no paper or cardboard or other materials in the inserts. For the large fireplace, pull the two tabs towards you to create the air intake, leave the door ajar at the beginning and then you can push the left tab (small flame) one hour after the fire starts. GUIDELINES FOR INSERTING INTO LARGE SHEEP PENS Reverse ignition to avoid smoke at start-up. 1) Use only dry wood and hardwood. 2) When lighting, PULL TOWARDS YOU THE TWO AIR INTAKE TABs located in the lower part of the insert. An hour later, you can push the left tab. THE RIGHT TAB MUST ALWAYS REMAIN PULLED 3) First, place two logs at the bottom, leaving a space in the middle. PLEASE PLACE THE LOGS GENTLY TO AVOID BREAKING THE VERMICULITE BOTTOM PLATE. 4) Put the small wood in the middle while letting the air circulate between the small wood (do not tamp, let air pass). 5) Place firelighters on top and add a little wood on top. 6) Light the firelighters. 7) When lighting, leave the door ajar. Several good restaurants 2 km away. 1 hour from the Spanish border for your shopping. Live to the rhythm of the wild mountain and its seasons: mushrooms, wild flowers, deer slabs, wild strawberry foraging... IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER ONLY The sheepfolds are surrounded by pastures so we advise you to bring certain products to avoid stings of taons, flies and mosquitoes. We advise you to ventilate the houses early in the morning and then close afterwards to avoid too many flies coming in. We provide anti-foam tapes at the beginning of the stay and kindly ask that you remove them at the end of your stay. We don't want anti-fly adhesives on the windows. Guest access You will rent a sheepfold on a property that has two, separate and independent.
