Walk to Cafe Lafayette Dinner Train & Woodstock Inn Brewery. The space Guests have full access to all Clubhouse amenities plus all other facilities. Our studio has been recently renovated. On the banks the Pemigewasset River with beautiful river views from the unit. We are located across from the Recreation Center (clubhouse) and lake where the pool, hot tub, games and other amenities are located (just a minute walk away). The room has a queen size, memory foam luxurious bed. The comforter is 100% down with an organic cotton duvet. The pillows are also 100% down. Other blankets and pillows are in the closet. There’s a kitchenette area with everything to make small meals. The table has 4 pub stools. There is a workspace/vanity and a full bathroom with luxurious updates such as spa shower and jacuzzi tub! The space is similar to a hotel room space (designed by the owner) and perfect for two guests comfortably. The laundry area is in the building next door and it requires coins. The resort has a front desk with someone to answer questions about the resort and amenities. The front desk also has information on local eats and activities in the area. In our listing, under guidebooks, there is a lot of information on local eats and activities as well. Outside areas of the resort have grassy fields, nature walks, picnic tables and outdoor grills by the river. There is a swimming lake with a beach and lovely decks for relaxation or entertainment. Less than a 5 minute drive to Lincoln and N. Woodstock for restaurants and shops. There is a lot to do in the area- water park, hikes, scenic drives, waterfalls, Ice Castles, skating, skiing (Loon Mountain), sleigh horse rides in the winter, mini golf, scenic railroad, dinner train (walking distance) and so much more! Guest access The resort is easy to navigate by foot. We are one of the closest buildings to the recreation center and our building is right on the river. There is a side entry/exit to access the riverside/garden areas quicker. The door is located in a hallway straights from our unit. The resort has free access for guests to tennis, basketball, racquetball courts, pool, hottub, sauna, pool, ping pong, table air hockey, arcade game room, wallyball, fireplace with sitting area, small lake with sandy beaches in the summer, ice rink in the winter, nature trail, and gas and charcoal grills. Our entire studio condo is for guest use. The studio includes the main room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with all the basics. There are two burners, two mini refrigerators, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, healthy ceramic pots, dishes, wine cabinet with glasses, etc. The shared areas at the resort are for guests. Lots of amenities available. Some resort amenities may be closed temporarily due to Covid 19.
