Small older house close to town square in Hancock, NY. This home is on a main road in the village. Easy on/off NY-17. Fishing, kayaking, hiking, farmers markets and music are some of the things you can enjoy from May through October. Elk mountain and Villa Roma are less than 30 miles away for skiing and snowboarding. ***There are window unit AC's in the living room, Master bedroom and bedroom 3. Bedroom 2 does not have one.*** The space 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the second floor. Large deck and yard. Guest access Entire house except basement and owner's closet. Other things to note Because the home is old there are limited outlets upstairs. I have small battery packs available in each room. Do not remove these. This home is on a main road so the typical volume that goes along with that is present.
