Central to all of North County and a quick 10-15 min drive to beaches, a wide variety of restaurants and local shopping. White walls, Spanish details, and green love open up this space to create a feeling of calm throughout the home. The suite is a beach suite meets Spanish, meets warm woods, and everything cozy. This private guest suite space is attached to our home, where the private patio shares a fence with our backyard. Please note: - Since we are located on a busy street, you may notice occasional sounds of street cars driving. - Our fur dog roams our backyard from time to time but does not have access to your private patio. - Washer + Dryer is a 2 in 1 unit Guest access Guests will have private access to the guest suite and the patio attached to it. Other things to note Guests will access suite through the garage side private gate entrance. Since we ask guests to remove shoes in the home, it might be nice to pack warm fuzzies or slippers if you have cold feet!
