The space 'Woodcote': Your Cosy Coastal Retreat at Hoburne Park Welcome to 'Woodcote', a truly comfortable and spacious 2-bedroom holiday home nestled in a superb setting within the 5-star Hoburne Holiday Park in Christchurch, Dorset. Designed for ultimate relaxation, it's the perfect escape for a couple, family, or group of friends. From the moment you step inside, you'll feel right at home in this modern and well cared-for haven. With quality fixtures and fittings that go beyond the usual holiday home standards, it ensures a truly comforting stay. With full central heating throughout, 'Woodcote' is a wonderfully cosy spot for autumn and winter breaks too, inviting you to unwind no matter the season. The main entrance opens into a light, airy and inviting open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen—a space built for shared moments and relaxation. Our recently refurbished kitchen is a joy, featuring an integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher, built-in electric oven and hob, plus a microwave. You'll find everything you need to whip up anything from a quick snack to a delicious 3-course dinner, with plenty of crockery, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils at your fingertips. The dining area boasts a sturdy table with four comfortable dining chairs – no wobbly caravan stools here! The bright and comfortable lounge is where true relaxation begins. Sink into the new large corner sofa, providing ample seating for all. On cooler evenings, the feature electric fire creates a wonderfully cosy ambiance – perfect for watching your favourite shows on the Smart TV, diving into a good book (feel free to swap one if you need a new read!), or enjoying a board game together. The master bedroom is a serene escape, featuring a king-size bed and bedside cabinets. Thoughtfully designed, it includes a private en-suite WC with wash basin and generous wardrobe and drawer space for all your holiday outfits. There's even a TV for chilling in bed with a cuppa and catching up on your favourite programmes. The twin bedroom offers two single beds (slightly narrower than standard singles) and a bedside cabinet, along with a wardrobe with drawers. Guests in this room have access to the separate family shower room. Step outside onto the new extended decking area, complete with a gate for added security. This fantastic space is perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying your mid-morning coffee, afternoon cuppa, or that well-deserved holiday cocktail or glass of wine – ideal for alfresco dining and truly unwinding. We make your packing simple: all bedding is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival. You'll also find a bath towel per guest, a hand towel in each bathroom, bath mats, a tea towel and oven gloves. (Please remember to bring your own beach/pool towels). The entire property is fully double-glazed and boasts full central heating, ensuring your comfort whatever the weather. Dog-Friendly Welcome! We understand that holidays are best enjoyed with the whole family, including your furry friend! One small to medium dog is welcome (please make sure you add your dog to your booking). Guests can enjoy superb on-site facilities - indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna, steam room and The Venue for entertainment (additional fees apply - see 'Other Details to Note'). Even without passes, you can still access the café, bar, restaurant and amusement arcade. On site, you'll also find crazy golf (extra fee), outdoor adventure playgrounds, an indoor soft play area and a multi-sports area – something for every member of the family! Should you require parking for extra cars, please park in the communal parking areas. Other things to note For leisure passes there is a one off cost of £66 which entitles up to 6 guests full use of the facilities for up to 7 nights (NOT per person). Payment will be made directly to Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes who then applies for the passes for you as our guests. We require at least 1 weeks’ notice to process the passes which will be available for you to collect from reception on your arrival. *** One small to medium well behaved dog is allowed. There is an additional charge of £30 per trip ** All water and electric charges are included in your holiday rental charge but please be mindful of leaving lights and the heating on when you're out, both for environmental reasons but also due to the rising energy prices! This property is privately owned but the owners have enlisted the help of Sue Williams of Unrivalled Holiday Homes to manage their bookings & property for them. All correspondence will be dealt with by Sue. Once you have made your booking you will be asked for your email address in order to be sent further information. This information includes a booking form asking for personal details in order to apply to Hoburne (owner of the site) for the leisure & car parking passes, as required by them for all guests staying on their sites. It will also provide all the information on the costs and payment requirements for the leisure passes which are dealt with by Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes.
