The space LUXEVA Recovery is a luxury apartment with interior design on the 17th floor with everything you need for your post-operative recovery and ample space for your family and medical staff (up to 6 guests). Inside the place, you will find luxury and special amenities such as an advanced multi-position hospital bed, a super-resistant wheelchair (up to 130 kg), grab bars in the bathrooms, Smart TV with cable TV, air conditioning in all rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a king size bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds, 2 sofa beds and countless accessories. All spaces were designed by our interior design team to offer you an experience of luxury and harmony. In addition to the apartment, the condominium has a pool, jacuzzi, restaurant and fitness center fully equipped for your use throughout your stay. Guest access The access to the condominium is controlled by the safety of the place, so it is necessary to register all guests previously with their name and age. Official ID of all adults on the reservation is required for registration. If you will receive visitors, you must register as a guest from the beginning without exceeding the maximum allowed, which is 6 people in total. A bracelet will be placed for the safety of the condominium which must use the entire stay. You can enter the apartment through a smart code lock, and if you go by car, you will have private, covered and secure parking. All the routes and areas of the condominium have ramps and elevators for your comfort. Within the apartment, all areas will be yours only. Outside, you will find various amenities, which you will share with the neighbors, so we ask you to be respectful and kind. No more than 6 guests are allowed in the apartment, and parties or gatherings are prohibited. ****For stays longer than 1 week, a cleaning service will be charged where the apartment will be cleaned, but there will be no washing of towels and whites, at a cost of $850 Mexican pesos, if you want to wash linens, it costs $1050 Mexican pesos.**** ****Any bed white or towel that has been soiled with urine or other liquids or difficult to remove stains, a fee will be charged depending on what has been stained.**** Other things to note There is an extra cost of $299 pesos per person per night for 2 or more people.
