If you are visiting for business or pleasure, we are well positioned to explore/or work within Bristol. Situated right next to Aztec west Business Park. Conveniently located for MOD Abbey Wood (2.3 miles), Rolls Royce and Aerospace (1 mile). Close to the M4 & M5 motorways there are very easy links to the city centre/Cabot Circus (9.6 miles). Parkway train station is 3.3 miles. There are many nearby attractions including The Wave at Easter Compton, The Mall at Cribbs Causeway and The Venue. The space Beautiful Victorian cottage in a convenient location for Aztec West. * Please check the location (BS32 4AJ) is ideal for your needs prior to booking. The room is set up with everything you should need during your stay: Fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster to enable basic Self-catering. Desk, internet TV, hairdryer, iron & ironing board also provided in room. Snug room has it's own small ensuite private wc. View over looking the garden. The Airbnb bathroom is on first floor to right of Audrey room with bath and over head shower (this room is shared with other airbnb rooms). Outside patio is a communal area Guest access The Snug Private double room with ensuite W/C on the ground floor with lock. Acessed through the main front door, room on the right as you enter. Shared Airbnb bathroom is on the first floor, room to the right of the Audrey room. (Host family areas are private so no access to kitchen or living room). We won't disturb you during your stay, but are around if you need anything at all. Please note if you self check in, you may not meet your host. Other things to note Tea, coffee, milk and sugar is provided. Parking at the property is limited but there is plenty of on street parking available nearby. Parking on the property may be possible on request in exceptional circumstances. If you are working within Aztec West you may wish to park there and walk to the property as it is so close by.
