Turtle Leaf Condo is a first-floor one-bedroom condo as close to the water as you can get. Located near the tip of North Topsail Beach. The Turtle Leaf provides a relaxing stay at the beach. - Due to current tides and recent storms, direct access to beach is not available at this time from the unit. Please be mindful of sandbags that have shifted due to storms. - *New A/C mini split in living room for a more temperature control and quiet stay! The space - First-floor unit with minimum stairs into the unit. - Private beach access for those staying within the condo association located in center of the building. - Queen bed in the bedroom; Queen sleeper sofa in living room. - *Brand New* Mini-Split A/C in living room and portable air conditioner in bedroom. - Desk area provided that is perfect for working remotely. - Due to current tides and recent storms, direct access to beach is not available at this time from the unit. Please be mindful of sandbags that have shifted due to storms. - Guest access Guests have access to all the facilities within the Topsail Reef HOA including tennis and basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills and high speed internet/cable. There are additional coin/card operated washer/dryer units on-site if needed. Other things to note As shown in photos Topsail Reef is located right on the beach. This means you may not always have beach access directly in front of the building. The tide changes 4 times in a 24-hour period. (and not the same time every day) low to high every 6 hours. To view tide schedules online look for “New River Inlet’s” tide schedule. House rules: No smoking, vaping in the house. No parties or events permitted at our home. Quite time is between 10:00pm - 8:00am daily. Any guest not abiding by these house rules will be reported to Airbnb and ordered to vacate our home. - Sandbags- Please be mindful to stay off the sandbags that surround the pillars of the condo association buildings. These are in place to help slow the beach erosion and are not to be sat or walked on. - Pets- Unfortunately, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed for guests. *Emotional support animals are also NOT allowed- please also review Airbnb’s policy on ESAs as well as our House Rules for more details. Please be aware and respectful of the residents in our community- they are permitted to have pets and they are required to be registered with the HOA.
