The space Comfy Beach Cottage w/ Room to Gather — Front & Backyard Fun Welcome to your easygoing beach cottage—bright, comfy, and set up for hanging out together. Stretch out in the spacious living room, cook in the galley kitchen, then take the good times outside: there’s a fenced front yard plus additional outdoor space in back for morning coffee or an evening barbecue. Location Note (please read): We’re in the heart of Ocean Beach on/near a main street—super walkable and convenient, but you may hear normal street sounds. We’re also close to the airport/flight path, so you may hear airplanes (especially in the morning). Please read posted signs for restrictions/street sweeping and don’t block driveways, alleys, or bins. Ocean Beach is generally easy to find parking, but please be mindful of street sweeping days to avoid parking tickets. Street sweeping in front of the house is on Fridays. Street sweeping across the street is on Wednesdays. Please check posted signs when parking and plan accordingly so you don’t get cited by parking enforcement. I just like to let guests know in advance so everyone can avoid getting a ticket and enjoy their stay. Thank you for being mindful when parking in the neighborhood! Other things to note We are very dog friendly! A pet fee is required . Hosting with dogs gives us the joy of the dog experiencing the ocean and the beach vibe as well ! When being on our property, you can have the dog off the leash because there is a fence and the dog can have fun running around the house and in the yard. We are happy to have pets over because we also know that they are just as important and they are considered family as well. I do ask if you do have the dog at the house please clean up after them and as well as there is a pet deposit. ** if a guest bring a Pet without notifying on reservations, there will be a automatic hundred dollar charge for pet fee if not notified to host*** If a service animal, we are very accommodating as well and know that the addresses important as family.
