Saint Clair Cottage is within walking distance of Lake Pend Orielle’s City Beach and downtown Sandpoint. A twenty minute drive to the Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort and two short blocks away from Memorial Field, which hosts the annual music “Festival at Sandpoint.” Sandpoint boasts miles of paths to walk or bike and take in its natural beauty. Nestled along lake Pend O’rielle’s Sand Creek, there are restaurants, galleries, shops, a winery and the historic Panida Theater. Kitchen: - Full size oven/four burner gas range - Refrigerator/freezer - Microwave - Kitchen fully equipped with wide variety of cooking essentials Living area: - Gas fireplace - Apple TV streaming Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney Plus and YouTube - WiFi available for your convenience Sleeping/Bedroom: - Queen bed with premium memory foam mattress - The sofa has a pull out queen bed - Inflatable twin mattress in the closet, if needed - Window air conditioner, which cools the entire cottage - Washer/dryer - Beach towels, sand toys, folding chairs and a children’s table and chairs are located in the bedroom closet, plus TV trays and a portable computer desk Loft: The upstairs loft is available to relax and read, play games, or watch tv. There are no sleeping accommodations in the loft, as there is no egress window to escape in the event of an emergency. NO SLEEPING is allowed in the loft. Patio: - Table for four - Gas barbecue Entry through the alley, with parking alongside the cottage, makes for convenient, private access. Saint Clair Cottage is located in a well-established, family neighborhood, we ask that you honor a quiet noise level between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m. No parties or large gatherings.
