Beautiful, luxurious, spacious house with sea views ideally located 5-mins walk from the beach, independent shops, bars, restaurants, cinema and station. This stylish, recently renovated Victorian house is ideal for 2-3 families or a friends' getaway. 4 double bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, ideal for 9, but can sleep 11 by using a double sofa in living room, and study can be converted into single room. Enjoy sunny days on the beach, we only let this property 2 weeks a year so it's a rare chance The ground floor has a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room, ideal for a big group and socialising in comfort. Through the hall there is a music room with an antique Steinway piano, and workspace. On the ground floor there is also a utility room, downstairs toilet and access to the garden from either the kitchen or music room. On the mezzanine floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom (with a dolls house and dressing up gear for any creatives old or young!). On the first floor is the stunning and very spacious master bedroom with a big ensuite bathroom with a sea view from the bath. The top floor has 2 more lovely double bedrooms, one has a double bed and can have an additional, folding single bed if necessary. The other is a dual aspect South/West facing room with a double sofa bed and can be used as a study (the sofa bed can be folded away). Both have sea views. There are also 2 more bathrooms on the same floor, so each room has its own bathroom or shower room. We also has several musical instruments, all available to play. Please note that the beds in Bedrooms 1, 3 and 4 are low. Guests can access all parts of the house and garden. I won't be around, but I'll be available on my mobile and can rely on nearby friends if necessary. St Leonards on Sea (adjacent to Hastings) is a lovely seaside town in East Sussex. It has a great vibe, quiet and yet lively, with plenty of art, music, food and drink to enjoy, as well as a beach that extends 6 miles from Hastings to Bexhill. Someone recently described Hastings as 'a pearl that comes with its own grit', which is a good way to put it. Our house is perfectly located: a quiet street that is just a 5-minute' walk to the beach, 5 minutes frmo the station and 10 minutes from Hastings Pier.
