The ground floor of the home consists of a cozy living room with TV/Cromecast, reading corner and work corner with space for a PC. Toilet with shower niche. Kitchen with various appliances. Dining room with long table and exit to the house's cozy covered terrace with dining space, gas grill and divans for a dinner nap or overnight stay. From the terrace, there is further access to the large garden, where the outdoor terrace is located. Here you will find dining space, sun loungers and the cozy fire pit. The 1st floor is the sleeping area of the house. Two rooms with double bed/box mattresses, one with smart TV, one room with single elevation bed and TV/Cromecast, and a toilet. In the basement, there is a washer and dryer available. Guest access You rent the whole house, including the garden and carport. Garage and basement are not furnished as housing, but there is access to a chest freezer and washing machine. Clothes can be dried on the covered terrace or in a tumble dryer in damp weather. Other things to note Your dog is welcome, but only on the ground floor and in the large enclosed garden. No dogs on the 1st floor.
