Quiet, retro space with fire place, cast iron bath

Relaxing, close to downtown, quiet place to stay. One bed. Happy to host up to 3 guests and pets. No thank you to noisy party vibes— this is a family home. It is so very relaxing and comfortable to rest fireside. You are so very welcome here! The space Private space in the basement/downstairs of a family home. Kitchenette with all you’ll need. Cozy bedroom space with gas fireplaces and big closet. Washer and dryer here for your use as well. Guest access Front door access. You are accessing the basement space. We live in the rest of the home and are open to a range of connection with guests— to suit your needs— from maintaining your privacy to sharing meals. Other things to note Absolutely no loud music or partying will be tolerated. Let’s agree to that and then I will approve your request to stay :) **folks over six feet tall will need to know there is one low doorway and light fixtures that hang down in two spots. Not impossible to navigate for a tall person, but maybe not the best choice for the very tall, sadly**
