Old Town Near Cathedral View Apartment

Apartment close to the old town with river and cathedral views in the green heart of Regensburg! The cathedral view apartment is located directly on the Grieser Spitz, where the Regen and the Danube converge. A green and mostly quiet oasis in the middle of Regensburg. An approximately 10-minute walk along the Danube will take you over our historic Stone Bridge directly into the old town. The train station is about a 25-minute walk through the old town. Parking is available right at the property. The space The cathedral view apartment is the converted attic, i.e. the third floor of our family house. You can reach it via the entrance area and the stairs through our house, but otherwise it is completely independent and lockable with its own bathroom and kitchen. Currently, only my two parents live in our home, i.e. on the lower floors. We three children (three brothers) have all moved out for studies or training. On the second floor, i.e. one floor below the Domblickapartment, there is another apartment, the Inselapartment. Because of the sloping ceilings, the apartment is definitely a bit small, in some places you have to duck your head! The kitchen is suitable for cooking smaller dishes. There is basic equipment, as shown in the pictures, but there is no oven, for example. Fresh coffee is always provided with a Jura espresso machine and fresh beans☕! Fresh bed linen and towels are included. For the little guests, there is a crib and a high chair for the dining table on request. If necessary, you can rent two high-quality e-bikes from us to be mobile in Regensburg or to take bike tours in the beautiful Regensburg area 🚴‍♂️🌻! During your stay Communication is easy through the Airbnb app, otherwise WA, Signal, SMS or email is also fine for me. I am also always available by phone. I myself no longer live at home, but come back to Regensburg regularly and am always happy to meet our guests personally. However, my parents are at home on site and always available in case of acute problems👍! Other things to note We have a chicken coop with free range in our garden, so it can happen that our rooster crows🐓, but that can only be heard very quietly in the apartment. On warm summer weekends, you may hear noises from the park, which is right next to the apartment. If you stay longer, you can do laundry in our washing machine. If you have your own bicycles with you, you can store them safely and lockable in our shed 🚴‍♂️
