Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located, beachfront apartment with views over gorgeous Bondi Beach. Close to all local boutiques, restaurants and bars. NO PARKING AVAILABLE. The newly renovated apartment has a minimal, modern finish and 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed. The second has 2 Queen beds. There is also a sofa bed that opens into a queen size. There is another 2 bedroom apartment on the Airbnb site in the building with a balcony if wanting to book more rooms. Guest access Guests can use all of the apartment . Other things to note If you require a cot, please feel free to request it. We would like to ask for your cooperation for the information bellow so we can maintain the apartment and amenities in premium condition for you and future guests. • PLEASE REMOVE YOUR MAKE UP We kindly request that you remove your makeup before using the beds or lying down with your face on our cushions or sofa bed. Additionally, we appreciate it if you don’t use white towels to wipe your face with makeup; We provide face wipes for free, and you can use as many as you need. Feel free to request more in case you run out. • DO NOT EAT OR DRINK ON OUR BEDS / SOFABED We also ask that you do not eat or drink in our beds and avoid doing so on the sofa bed. • DO NOT USE ANY PEN, TEXTERS ON BEDS / SOFABED Please instruct your children not to use any kind of pen / texters on our beds. • USE PLACEMAT / COASTERS Please, when at the dining table, we would greatly appreciate it if you could use the placemat and coasters provided on top of the table.
