Home in Amsterdam

Our cozy family home with cat for 2 adults + kids is located in a typical 30s neighborhood built for the shipbuilding workers on the NDSM shipyard . 100m2 garden incl. trampoline for children and biking distance of both city and nature, the perfect location! The space The house has a living room with open kitchen overlooking 65m backyard. On the second floor, there is the master bedroom for two adults with a double bed (140 x 200) and a children's bedroom with a single bunk bed and a fold-out double bed (140 x 200) where we can optionally place a baby bed instead of the double bed, and the bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. We have a flat screen TV (digital), WiFi throughout the house, 4-pan induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, washing machine and dryer. In the garden, there is ample opportunity to play and a trampoline. Guest access The entire garden (excluding the shed that is closed), the ground floor with living room, kitchen and toilet and the first floor consisting of the two bedrooms and a bathroom. The attic is closed. Other things to note We have a young cat (1 year old) who needs to get some food and drink from the guests every day. This cat is used to children. She can walk in and out on her own and do her needs, so apart from feeding her, you don't have to worry about her. She likes to sleep in bed with you, is playful and adventurous!!!! We are therefore looking for families who are real cat lovers! In the second bedroom, there is a guinea pig cage where normally two guinea pigs stay, but they will also be on vacation during your visit. We love to give tips about Amsterdam and the surrounding area. So please indicate in advance what interests you have, then we can give you some customized tips.
