Description
Newly constructed building located in peaceful neighborhood setting in Belgrade, Maine. There is a spacious living area, available work space and room to play with a large selection of arcade games to enjoy. This space offers privacy in a rural area with easy access to lakes and hiking trails nearby. This location is about a 15 minute drive to downtown Waterville and Colby College and about a 20 minute drive to downtown Augusta. The space The building is a hybrid including a garage (for owner use only), airbnb rental space and studio space where my fiance works during the week roughly 9am-5pm. The studio space is sound proofed so you will not hear any noise while my fiance is working. The airbnb rental space is separate from the other areas with a private entrance. Entrance to space opens to owner's private backyard. Small functional kitchen and bathroom including a tub/shower combination on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 large bedroom with a queen sized bed, 2 smaller rooms with twin sized beds. An additional rollaway twin mattress is available upon request. A large living room space with couch, loveseat, TV, playstation 4 and access to streaming services and a table where guests may enjoy a meal or play a game. The living room also has a wide selection of classic arcade games. Guest access Guests will have access to the airbnb rental space and parking in the driveway. No access to backyard or other outside spaces on the owner's property. No access to garage or music studio. Other things to note Check in is set for 3pm & Check out is set at 11am. Depending on our availability, we can be flexible with these times so please don't hesitate to ask.
