Description
Our contemporary Victorian barn conversion is situated in the rural village of Wormington - very close to Broadway, Winchcombe and Cheltenham. The building was originally part of our family farm, in which my sister and I helped to look after the cows with their new born calves. It enjoys a fenced garden and private parking for two cars. Its rural views take in the village church and the hills beyond and it is ideally placed for exploring the Cotswolds on foot, bike, horse, über or steam train!! The space One (1) well-behaved small/medium dog is welcome. We politely request that the dog is never left alone in the building and remains downstairs only and off the furniture at all times. Please contact me if you have any queries. The building has comforting underfloor heating, a modern well-equipped kitchen with an open-plan dining and living room area. There is a downstairs loo. The bright, airy and spacious master bedroom has a wonderfully comfortable super-king bed. The second cosy bedroom has an equally comfortable queen sized bed. There is a modern family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Guest access Entire home and private fenced garden with private parking for up to two vehicles. Other things to note Whilst every effort has been made to securely fence the garden please be aware that our neighbours have dogs, chickens and ducks and as we are surrounded by farmland there are sheep and horses close by. Please be responsible for your dogs whereabouts at all times. Many thanks. The hot water and heating boiler is situated outside the cottage so there is no need for a carbon monoxide alarm indoors. The WIFI is generally quite slow, unfortunately that’s par for the course in this location.
