The Space: BEDROOMS - A charming abode, embellished with endless comfort and luxury offers you 5 spacious bedrooms - on the ground floor. - Each of these rooms offers a cornucopia of lavish amenities and is adorned with a subtle colour palette. - All rooms are equipped with a lobby area, king-sized bed, extra mattress, AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, heater, electric kettle, and an ensuite bathroom. - Each bedroom also opens up to a spacious balcony that offers the perfect viewpoint of the verdurous valleys of Kasauli. - Please note that this luxe abode features a total of 16 bedrooms on 4 floors out of which guests have access to only 5 bedrooms on the ground floor. BATHROOMS - There are 5 attached bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. INDOOR AREAS - This hillside abode nestled in the lap of nature offers nothing but endless comfort and luxury. - As make your way through the eclectic yet subtle interiors, you’ll find yourselves lounging in 2 spacious living rooms - one on the ground floor and the other on the lower ground level. - The living room on the ground floor offers comfortable sofa-style seating that can accommodate up to 8 people at a time. - Along with snug seating arrangements, it also features a myriad of lavish amenities such as a TV, portable music system, a heater, cosy electric fireplace, Wi-Fi and a TT Table. - The living room on the lower ground floor also is equipped with a sofa-style seating arrangement that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. - This roomy area also features a hoard of amenities such as a heater, Wi-Fi access, portable music system, TV, and a royal size pool table. - Both living rooms are not equipped with AC. - Making your way through the cosy confines of the living room, find yourself indulging in sumptuous meals in the dining areas. - Both floors have a separate dining area that can accommodate up to 8 people each. - As elegant as the interiors are, the cosy balconies on both floors offer the same kind of solace to one and all. - The balconies are equipped with a CCTV camera for security purposes. - Each with seating arrangements for up to 8 people, the backdrop that comes along with sets the perfect mood for a reading session while sipping on a hot cuppa. OUTDOOR AREAS - The exteriors of the home are an absolute delight and feature soothing greenery and ample hang-out spots. - It features an expansive lush lawn that is quite ideal for leisurely strolls and spreads across an area of about 1000 sq.ft. - It is dotted with a trampoline, outdoor furniture, and a quaint gazebo that can accommodate up to 16 people. - Featuring ample activities for children, the home also has a kids’ play area. - Another highlight of this abode is the relaxing private swimming pool which is 18x20 ft. in size. - Guests can simply unwind and relax here while soaking in the magnificent views that surround the property. - Please note that the pool will be operational from April to September. Guests can access the pool from 10 AM to 7 PM. KITCHEN - Guests can access the kitchen only for reheating purposes. - It is equipped with a microwave, oven, and water purifier. - The kitchen is also equipped with crockery and cutlery. FOOD - All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to their rooms and common areas of the property. Please note that this luxe abode features a total of 16 bedrooms on 4 floors out of which guests have access to only 3 bedrooms on the lower ground floor and 2 on the ground floor. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for you personal staff. Guests can snuggle on the comfortable sofa in the living rooms or grab a nook to immerse themselves in the literary world. Grab a steaming cuppa and watch the misty sunrises and vibrant sunsets from these balconies while sipping on your preferred choice of beverage. For guests who love adventure treks, there are trails around the property that lead to beautiful untapped locations. Guests can also engage in a relaxing dip in the private pool. De-stress yourself and stroll along the expanse of the lawn. The gazebo offers the best view of the star-studded skies. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards and ludo. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person. - A bonfire setup can be arranged for an additional charge of Rs. 2000 per session. Raw materials will be charged as per the menu. - The indoor electric fireplace can be used on a complimentary basis. - Iron and torch can be provided on request. - Extra mattresses can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 2000, per person, per night.  - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9:30 PM. - This is a standalone property. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the balconies and external areas of the property. - The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
