Cozy cottage with capacity for 8 people located in a peaceful area in wonderful Mellbystrand about 1300 meters from the sea. The cottage is 50 m2 with one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Guest house with 2 bunk beds. Glazed conservatory with space for 8 people around the table. Incredibly generous surfaces on the wooden deck that runs around the entire property with seating in three different directions plus sun loungers and rocking chairs at the barbecue area. Trampoline and tree house are available for the children. No pets. No cleaning. Other things to note The living room, kitchen and toilet have a ceiling height of two meters, the other area has full ceiling height. In the winter months, the trampoline is dismantled and outdoor furniture is in winter storage.
