We’re located downtown Senoia and are a five-minute leisurely stroll from Main Street. We also have two town cruiser bikes that you are welcome to use to get around. The space We’ve been searching for a home in the area for years as we have family nearby and settled on Senoia for its small town charm, great restaurants, activities and attractions, and peaceful way of life. We love it!! Our fully furnished and well-appointed home is a three bedroom / 2.5 bath with an office all set up for working remotely. The master suite includes a spa bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in closet. There are hardwood floors throughout. Garage with 240 volts for plug-in EV. The property has beautifully maintained landscaping and several outdoor seating areas. We welcome month-to-month rentals. Senoia is a 25-minute commute to Trilith Studios on beautiful country roads. No traffic! Live in an authentic, charming town (instead of the Trilith fabricated “town”). While Senoia is known as the home of The Walking Dead, actually over a dozen films have been made here. Be on the lookout for the sidewalk tiles up and down Main Street highlighting the films. Beyond TV and film, there is a lot to do and enjoy! Some highlights are the Saturday Farmers’ Market, local breweries (Towerhouse Farm Brewery is a lot of fun!), restaurants (we love brunch at Bistro Hilary!), working out at the local Snap Fitness, and just walking and mingling downtown.
