Step into this Epic home and you will feel as if you are walking onto the set of The Vampire Diaries. The design of the décor is a replica of the Salvatore Brothers House. This house is more like a museum. Relax on red couches in front of the fireplace, sipping out of bourbon glasses. Private, 2 lot property. Large backyard. 3 min drive/10 min walk to the town square. Golf cart included! Grab a bite at the Mystic Grill, shop boutiques or enjoy one of the tours. You're going to feel Epic! We are always available. Contact us with any questions or concerns. We are not in a neighborhood. We are located off a little side road. We have a large "2 lot" property. Picket fence around the front yard and a large privacy fence that encloses the backyard. Walking distance to town square. We suggest to take Clark St, not Washington Ave. Gas station (with convenient store) located at corner of the street. Great for last minute food, beverage or essential needs. Japanese restaurant across the street, 1 minute walk. We have some adorable street cats that like to visit our guests. Please refrain from feeding them. We have a large driveway that can fit up to 8 vehicles. You may also park on the street but it's not recommended. There are 2 main roads that lead to the town square. We suggest only using Clark St. It has less traffic, one simple right turn to get to the town square and it is golf cart friendly. There are also sidewalks leading all the way to the town square. You will see the Clock Tower as soon as you turn right on Clark St. The golf cart may be used on roads that do not exceed 35mph. There are nearby parks and lakes to visit. Avoid Washington Ave., at all cost. Once you arrive in the town square, you will find plenty of parking either in the square, down one of the side streets or at the welcome center. There are 2 Charge Point Charging stations for your electric car, located at: 1143 Oak St SE and the Welcome Center at 1124 Clark St SW. Nightly rate is based on an occupancy of up to four guests. Any additional guests will incur a $10 per night fee, per guest.
