Rita's guesthouse breathtaking sea view

Fully equipped for both summer and winter use, 'Rita's Guesthouse is located in Paleopolis of Andros, overlooking the Aegean with enchanting sunsets. Paleopolis is of historical interest since it was the first capital of the island, while important archaeological findings are exhibited in the archaeological museum. But it also has natural beauty, as it is lush green, while a little higher are the unique waterfalls of the Cyclades prefecture, the well-known "Pythara Waterfalls". The space The house is built amphitheatrically while enjoying wonderful sunsets, is located in a green environment and has a wonderful view to the sea from almost all its points. Its large garden has fruit trees and swings for children, but its unique feature is the spring with cool and crystal water and the path which are located right behind the house. It is 85 sq.m. with a large garden and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a single bed and an office, kitchen, living room, bathroom, utility rooms, while it offers the following to the guest: Washing machine, electric stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, water filter, electric iron, vacuum cleaner, TV, sound system, solar water heater, two wood stoves and electric fireplace and wi-fi in all parts of the house. The kitchen - apart from small appliances - is fully equipped with pots, plates, glasses and cutlery. Also, outside the house there is a BBQ and a garden dining table for 8-10 people. Other things to note The village is located in the middle of the route from Gavrio (the port of Andros) to Chora, about 16 km from each. Picturesque steps connect Kato Paleopolis with the pebbly and spotless beach of Paleopolis and a path connects lower Paleopolis with the archaeological site of the village located on the plain, for those who love hiking.
