The Shouse is nestled on a semi-rural property surrounded by lush green vegetation and wildlife. Enjoy the peacefulness of its location yet still being close to all of the Sunshine Coast’s many attractions including beaches, Mooloolaba Esplanade/Wharf, The Big Pineapple, Australia Zoo, Eumundi Markets, Mt Coolum, Bli Bli Aqua Park, Buderim Waterfall, Maroochydore CBD, Airport. All in which are just a short 10-20min drive. The space The Shouse is adjoined to the owners shed. The owner's live on the property but on a separate dwelling approx 60 metres away from the Shouse. The Shouse is set up for you to enjoy the serenity yet being a short drive away to all restaurants,beaches and tourist attractions. Enjoy the sunny days and star gazing around the fire pit at night. (This can be set up upon request) The Shouse comprises of 2 bedrooms. *Bedroom 1: Queen size bed wardrobe. Ceiling fan *Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed 1 set of bunk beds A set of chest a draws, portable fan Wardrobe *Living area has split system heating/cooling *Toilet is separate to bathroom * European Laundry. Porch set up with outdoor setting. Ample parking for car, van, or boat.(please advise of van or boat) * Strictly maximum of 6 guests. *Furniture is not to be moved. Guest access Check in is at 2pm. Guests have access to the unit and parking bay allocated beside unit. Upon greeting you at check in, we will provide you with the keys for the unit as well as a remote for the gate to enter and exit at your convenience . The unit is attached to a shed, the shed is not accessible to guests. No day visitors are permitted to enter the premises. Other things to note Entry into property is gated and used by guests and owners. (No visitors are permitted)
