Private guest suite located on an owner-occupied property in Pacific Beach. Host lives on-site in the front home. 1 bedroom, huge sunny living room with a wall of windows. Futon Couch in living room sleeps 2. Private bedroom, with door, double bed. Small Guest kitchenette, small bathroom and shower. Separate entrance. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. It’s a beach neighborhood, so parking can be tough, street parking only, safe and quiet. Security cameras in yard and walkway. The space We are just blocks from the bay. 5 minutes drive or 10 minute bike to: SeaWorld, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach (roller coaster etc), food, bars and freeway. Our neighborhood is quiet yet very close to all the action. We keep our home clean and cozy. Please don’t book if you want to party loudly or if you’re looking for hotel type feel. This is a cozy “surf nook” and we share a property with the front house/family. Everything is custom, meaning there is a bit of a vintage feel, not IKEA new. Our hardwood floors were handmade, each one sanded and stained by us. We vaccine the couch each time, but there may be an old stain on a rug, shower is old, place was build in the 50s, so don’t expect hotel conditions. Guest access Flatscreen TV with Roku, decent surround sound system. Other things to note The guest suite is on the second floor, so it is not recommended for those who have difficulty going up and down stairs. 🚫NO parking in premises. Street parking only.
