Welcome!!! We offer you a 2-room apartment with large terraces and grills in a small building of 8 homes. Our space, which is located on the 1st floor by stairs, has room for 3 guests with all the necessary amenities to give them a pleasant stay. Very bright. Located in a quiet neighborhood, with businesses of all kinds and close to several avenues and transportation. We live next door so we'll be available for whatever you need! The space The apartment is equipped with a kitchen with a gas oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, pots, plates, glasses, utensils, etc. The room has a double bed and a large closet, a ceiling fan, cold air conditioning and a balanced draft stove. In the living room we find hot/cold air conditioning, television with access to Netflix, books and games available. For additional guests we have an armchair that becomes a bed of almost 2 places. It has a full bathroom with toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels). Going up one more floor we find two large terraces with a grill each. We offer chairs, lounge chairs, an umbrella, and tables so you can relax while enjoying the open view with trees. You'll probably come across our kittens walking or sunbathing. We also have a small vegetable garden, we compost and separate waste. Guests are welcome to join us in these practices if they wish. One of our terraces has a small door that prevents access to the stairs in case young children are staying. Guest access Guests will have an entire place to stay, sharing the terraces and grills with us. Other things to note We have flexible check-in and check-out times if it is within our possibilities. Ask us. If the schedules allow us, we can offer you transportation service (to or from the airport, bus station, etc.) and laundry service, both with an extra charge to be agreed upon. We are located in Villa Luro, in the City of Buenos Aires, a quiet neighborhood where you can go for a walk visiting its squares and plazas. It has many businesses and services. We are 1 block from Av. Juan B Justo and 2 blocks from Av. Lope de Vega where the Metrobus stop is located. 4 blocks away is the Villa Luro station of the Sarmiento train and 5 blocks away is Av. Rivadavia with a variety of bus lines. Within a 5-blocks radius we can find supermarkets, greengrocers, butchers, dieticians, delicatessens, kiosks, service stations, bookstores, laundries. If you come to the Vélez Sarsfield Club we have a very convenient location, the nearest entrance is 5 blocks away and the furthest 15 blocks away. By public transport or car it is about a 5-minute drive. Also very close to the clothing mall on Av. Avellaneda. Free parking on the street. It's easy to get around the area on foot or by public transportation. We are located about 30 minutes from the Palermo neighborhood by taking a single bus. 30 minutes from the Devoto neighborhood that is constantly growing and full of bars and restaurants. Approximately 45 minutes from the Colón Theater, the Government House, San Telmo and other attractions in downtown Buenos Aires.
