Walking distance to the Tri-Forces/Defense Headquarters, Overseas School for Children, IWMI, Parliament Drive, Supermarkets, Hospitals and many restaurants (medium to high end restaurants including Thai cuisine, Vietnamese Cuisine, Chinese Cuisine, Japanese Cuisine, Western Grilled Bar, KFC, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Exclusive Cafe's & Italian Cuisine) Chilled beer, groceries & other items are available in a comprehensively stocked Cargills FoodCity Supermarket approx 100 metres away. Kitchen appliances include a fridge, microwave and an electric kettle. A complimentary laundry service can be provided by the host. A complimentary Traditional Sri Lankan breakfast will be served between at 7AM and cleared at 9AM. Complimentary Local Chilled Beer will provided by the host once during the stay - to be enjoyed at the rooftop (The rooftop is open till 10PM for smoking/vaping/beer) Complimentary Pool & Garden Access from 7AM to 9PM.
