Location is awesome! Everything you’ll need is within walking distance. However, please note, you are located right on the tram stop so you’ll hear the bell when tram passes. 2 min walk to Wayville Show Grounds, jump on a tram straight to the city (2 stops) or to Glenelg beach. Goodwood Rd hub has all you need, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and pub. I love the city feel! With a a bit of a daring fit out this townhouse is funky yet homely at the sometime. The space Location, location location. You have the tram right on your doorstep. 3 quick stops you are in the city of Adelaide. The opposite direction takes you directly to the famous Glenelg beach. You are only a few steps away from the funky Goodwood Rd hub where you have everything that makes your trip special such as cafes, convenient stores, shops, pub, wine bars, restaurants, post office, green grocers, bottle shop, butcher etc. A 2 min walk will get you to the Wayville Showgrounds that hosts events and expos throughout the entire year. During the summer months on Sundays 9am to 1pm, there’s the Farmers Markets (on Leader St in the Showgrounds car park) that only sells South Australian grown fresh produce. Free entry, great to stock up with fresh food, have a coffee or just have a casual wander around. This location is so convient that you don’t need a car. However, if you do have a car, the property has secure electric gates with a double lockup garage that you can safely park your cars or bikes. There are also great bike paths you can explore whether you want to ride to the city or ride to the beach! Guest access You have access to the whole townhouse (4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms) including a fabulous spacious upstairs balcony that offers city views under the stars. It’s a great space to relax with a beverage after a hard day or even cook on the electric BBQ. There is also a double lockup garage for you to park your cars or bikes so they are secure. Remote control will be supplied that operates gates & roller door. Other things to note Please note that the convience of transport and the hub of Goodwood comes with noise. You are right on the tram crossing so you will hear the dinging every time the tram arrives. It may be a distraction to some guests but that diminishes with time and you do get used to it. I love the feel of being in the centre of it all! PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CLEANING FEE APPLIED OF $140 IS ACTUALLY THE LINEN/BOOKING FEE. WE DO NOT CHARGE AN EXIT CLEANING FEE AND KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY NEAT AND TIDY AS PER OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO AVOID GUESTS INCURRING ANY ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE.
