This beautiful vacation rental home is located in the exclusive La Hacienda community, situated just 15 minutes away from the main town. Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, this property offers an exceptional blend of comfort, entertainment, and excellent sea views. Spacious Four-Bedroom Layout The second floor houses four fully air-conditioned bedrooms, ensuring a cool and comfortable night's sleep for everyone in your group. To make your stay even more memorable, two of these bedrooms feature direct sea views and private access to the upper balcony. It is the perfect spot to wake up to the sound of the waves or enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze. Indoor Entertainment and Gourmet Kitchen The interior of the home is crafted for socializing and relaxation. Inside, you will find a dedicated private bar area, making it easy to mix your favorite drinks and entertain your guests. Right alongside the bar is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the modern appliances and cookware needed to prepare everything from quick morning coffees to full family dinners. Premium Outdoor Living Outdoor relaxation is a true highlight of this property. The house features a perfect balcony and patio setup designed to capture every single sunrise and sunset over the Sea of Cortez. The outdoor space also includes a dedicated grill and smoker area, allowing you to whip up delicious barbecue meals and dine alfresco while taking in the stunning coastal landscape. Secure La Hacienda Community Access To maintain a secure environment, the community requires an electronic access card for all guest vehicles. Upon your arrival, a 50 dollar cash security deposit is required for the community car access card. On your departure day, this 50 dollar deposit will be 100 percent fully refunded to you as soon as the card is safely returned. Important Rental Rules and Policies Guests must provide all of their own needed towels for this rental, as personal towels for bath, beach, and pool use are not supplied at the property. Our standard check-in hours are between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and our office closes promptly at 8:00 PM.
