Northedge is a three bedroom, off-grid tiny home in a converted shed. It is located on a 10 acre working hobby farm, 5 minutes from the Kyneton town centre. Spend your time relaxing in peace and quiet or visiting local tourist spots; Trentham Falls, Historic Piper Street and Kyneton Ridge Winery, just to name a few! The Kyneton Farmers Market is held in Piper Street on the second Saturday of each month. Please note there is a $10 fee per guest, per night for bookings with 3 or more guests. The space Northedge has an open plan design downstairs with a comfortable lounge, dining area and kitchenette. The bathroom is located downstairs, off the living area. Upstairs are three bedrooms with a queen bed, one single bed and two single beds. Suitable for a couple, family or group of friends. Northedge has the following amenities: wifi stove and BBQ outdoor dining table bathroom with basin and shower fridge smart TV diesel heater Guest access Please be aware that the bedrooms are located upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. The second level is not wheelchair accessible, this should be kept in mind if mobility is an issue. Other things to note The unit is off-grid meaning that only one large appliance can be used at a time ie; microwave, toaster etc. The unit relies on rainwater for shower, toilet and drinking water. Bottled water is recommended if you are not comfortable with drinking tank water. Shower times should be kept to a minimum; the hot water service heats 100 litres of water at a time. The unit is two storeys with living room, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor.
