Make the most of your close proximity to Table Rock Lake with nearby boat launches, boat rentals, fishing tackle, and professional guide services. On water and on land, you’re surrounded by some of the most stunning scenery in the Ozarks. To share some history about this area, in the 1970’s the owner’s grandfather started a small non-profit to help off-set the rapid development of the Branson area by planting native tree species throughout the property. He planted over 800,000 trees during his time and gave them away for free! Many of the White Pine, Red Bud, and Silver Maples you see around Branson were planted by Grandpa Jack. The Tree Farm, as it was known, was located overlooking beautiful Bull Creek where the owner spent countless hours as a kid swimming, exploring, and learning to love the outdoors. In 2018, they purchased the property up the hill from the Tree Farm that had held so many memories from their childhood, with plans to restore and preserve the natural beauty of the property to be shared with friends and family for years to come. Their hope is that anyone who comes to visit will find a place to rest, reconnect, and explore the beauty of the Ozarks. This enviable location also puts you just 10 minutes from Downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
