The self contained space has a private covered terrace plus a sun filled courtyard area. Adjacent to the main house, the bungalow has been designed for your privacy. Walk 2 km to Eumundi or drive 20 minutes to Noosa beaches and restaurants. The space The Rock Bungalow is the perfect place to escape, relax and unwind. LIVING The main living space is open plan with stacker doors, TV with Netflix, ceiling fan, aircon, kitchenette, microwave, electric cooker, pod coffee machine and dishwasher. The stacker doors and windows are privacy tinted from the outside. BEDROOM Relax in the bedroom with queen bed - with views down the valley to the creek, rainforest and paddock. BATHROOM The retro 80”s bathroom blends the original 80's shower tiles and vanity we adore with modern pink Terazzo tiles, brand new toilet and shower screen ( small vanity and note smaller than average shower cubicle ) TERRACE There is a fully enclosed covered terrace shielded by huge double barn doors. There is a back entertaining courtyard with private access. Umbrella provided on request. 2.5 ACRES WITH OUR DOGS Guests are welcome to explore the 2.5 acre property with its gentle slope, creek, rainforest and completely private paddock island - we can provide a picnic blanket, basket on request. Guest access Guests enjoy private use of the entire bungalow, terrace and back courtyard. The view down to the rainforest is beautiful.They are free to explore our 2.5 acres with our three border collies on site. 2 adults + can sleep on the fold out sofa bed. Other things to note The Bungalow is newly renovated so some earthworks are new on the hill ( grass regrowing there ). Waterway Note - there is an unfenced seasonal dam creek at the foot of the hill, young children need supervision No other dogs allowed because our friendly Border Collies are on site. They love a stick, ball or pat. They are market regulars and great with people. You are welcome to play with them in the gardens or terraces but please don't invite them inside the Bungalow ( they might swim in the dam and jump into bed with you ).
