This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Both cameras are located at the front of the property, facing outward toward the driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio on a continuous basis - NOTE: While the wood-burning stove in the living room is operable, the 2nd stove in the bedroom suite is not available for guest use - NOTE: Wood is not provided for the wood-burning stove; it is recommended that you supply your own - NOTE: Wildlife may be present; please do not interact with or harm them - NOTE: The property is secluded, 1,700 feet above sea level, and located on a 4-mile dirt road. If you are scared of heights you may get nervous on the 1/2 mile, 16-foot wide, county and fireman-approved permitted concrete driveway that switches backs up my mountain. The property is located behind 2 locked gates (1 automated and 1 manual). It is highly recommended to arrive in the daylight for the first time. The airport, beaches, and downtown area are about 1 hour away
