Our home is equipped with all the comforts and conveniences you need for a truly memorable stay. With 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms, there’s ample space for large families or groups of friends. Each room comes with ceiling fans and built-in robes, while the master bedroom features a spacious walk-in robe. The large kitchen and dining area is ideal for family meals and gatherings, featuring an 8-seater dining table and a spacious butler’s pantry with appliances, a second sink, and ample storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking supplies, utensils, and crockery, providing everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. The open-plan kitchen, meals, and living area seamlessly connects to the outdoor alfresco, offering a perfect flow for indoor-outdoor living. The property boasts 3 stylish bathrooms, including a brand-new third bathroom by the pool with modern features and LED feature lighting. The master bedroom includes an ensuite with a double vanity, large shower, and separate toilet. The main bathroom offers a relaxing bath, complete with kids’ bath toys or the perfect spot to unwind. Each bathroom provides ample space and privacy for everyone. The luxurious backyard is a standout feature, offering a heated pool (heated Oct-April only) with a full-length seat and kids’ paddle platform, perfect for families or swimming with friends. The modern pool house includes a sink, fridge, smart TV, BBQ, and outdoor dining essentials. The alfresco area is ideal for outdoor living with a built-in BBQ, fridge, TV, ceiling fans, large dining table, and comfortable lounges. There’s also an outdoor shower, sunken firepit, and a spacious grass area surrounded by tropical plants for a relaxing atmosphere. Inside, the games room features a billiard table and board games for endless entertainment. Two separate living areas allow your group to spread out and enjoy their own space. Other features include a dedicated office/desk space, perfect for working remotely or catching up on tasks during your stay. It also includes ducted heating and cooling throughout, and comes with quality linen and towels. Additional amenities include a porta cot, highchair, kids’ plates, pool toys, floats, a spit roast, and wood for the firepit, ensuring both comfort and entertainment for all ages. For those traveling with vehicles, we provide a secure double garage, as well as space to park your boat, caravan, or extra cars behind locked gates or in the driveway. Located just 800 metres from the Moama Bowling Club and Border Inn Hotel, and 700 metres from the Murray River, our home offers easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. Whether you’re exploring nature, enjoying water activities, or discovering local dining spots, there’s something for everyone. Pets are welcome with prior approval, but they must stay outside.
