We will charge an extra day if checking out after 11:01am as it inconveniences our cleaners. ★Pet cleaning fee is a must regardless of type of animal. Some of our guests have serious health concerns and having an animal in the house before them requires extra cleaning on our part to make the house has a pet free atmosphere for non-pet guests. Dogs leave odors that pet owners are nose blind to. Our cleaner does not work for free to deep clean after pets. It is time consuming to clean and deodorize after a dog and thus a pet cleaning fee must be charged. Amount is $100 for the first Dog and $100 for the second dog. No more than 2 dogs allowed.
