Other things to note ★A separate rental agreement needs to be filled out detailing house rules policies & procedures, pertinent information, and registration info for the community. This is non-negotiable and required by the community, the township, & the insurance company. AirBNBs rental agreement is not sufficient enough and thus this is necessary. ***Need real address for insurance purposes only; no PO Boxes. Photo ID Required. If Guest refuses to sign our rental agreement, they will be responsible to cancel with Airbnb/VRBO. ★Guest count includes children & infants. Infants are included in occupancy head count. Max 10 guest that includes infants. ★ No fireworks, it's really easy to to turn a spark to fires in the woods. No incense or candle burning allowed in house. ★Guests are expected to respect the house during their stay and leave it tidy upon checkout. ★Check out time is 11:00am sharp. We will charge an extra day if checking out after 11:01am as it inconveniences our cleaners. ★Pet cleaning fee is a must regardless of type of animal. Some of our guests have serious health concerns and having an animal in the house before them requires extra cleaning on our part to make the house has a pet free atmosphere for non-pet guests. Dogs leave odors that pet owners are nose blind to. Our cleaner does not work for free to deep clean after pets. It is time consuming to clean and deodorize after a dog and thus a pet cleaning fee must be charged. Amount is $100 for the first Dog and $100 for the second dog. No more than 2 dogs allowed.
