We have private steps that leads you to a small sandy beach and covered boat dock. The dining room has plenty of seating for the whole family and relaxing seating areas throughout the house. Full access to private dock. This house has a public boat landing 5 Minutes away as well. The space Room Floor Plan: • Upper Level – 2 rooms. 1 King bed an twin bed with desk, 1 kids play room with TV. A queen blowup mattress works well in this room if needed. Full bathroom on this floor • Main Level – 1 master bedroom (1 King and 1 twin bed, full bath) • Lower Level - Guest Room 1 (1 Queen), Guest Room 2 (1 Queen), Guest Room3 (2 Twins), full bathroom. Dock - the dock is available for use. We have a boat in the slip but have cleats on the side. If you want to to tie up your boat bring bumpers.
