In both bedrooms is a large double bed. On request, an additional extra bed for children or a baby bed can be provided. High-quality health mattresses as well as the absolute tranquility of the surroundings guarantee a good night's sleep. Each bedroom has direct access to a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Towels and bath towels for the bathrooms and separate towels for the pool are available. In the attached outbuilding is a lounge with great views. It is a cozy place to linger on cooler or windy days. Behind it is the technical room with a washing machine and clothes dryer. The seating area under an old oak tree invites you to enjoy a cozy breakfast in the morning sun. During the day, the lounge on the pool deck offers a shady place to linger. Several sun loungers and umbrellas are available. The mild summer evenings can be wonderfully ended under the covered seating area with a glass of wine. Other things to note The house has two apartments. The listing refers to the apartment on the first floor only. The second floor apartment is private and is not rented. It is used as a vacation apartment by the owners.
