Bedroom 3 features a twin over queen bunk and 44” smart TV. In addition, there is a second family room on the ground floor, so everyone can spread out and relax. Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s). There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Pets: 1-2dogs up to 35 lbs are allowed in this home with pre-approval and payment of pet fee (no other pets/animals allowed in the home). Dogs must never be allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture. Dogs must be on a leash when outside the home. Bring a crate if you plan to leave the dog unattended. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture/beds, pet stains, dog droppings that are not picked up, and any damage caused by your dog. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time.
