The kitchen is neat and tidy with central island dining beach, dishwasher, coffee pod machine and everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays. If you tire of cooking, head downstairs to explore all the dining option Palm Beach has to offer. The master bedroom offers a queen bed with ensuite and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds and a second ensuite with shower over bath. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes. The balcony features outdoor dining setting, gas BBQ and views over the swimming pool and spa. Enjoy lazy days by the pool, and evenings in the heated spa! Guests also have access to the rooftop entertaining area with BBQ, plenty of seating and stunning ocean and hinterland views. Basement Parking for 1 vehicle - height clearance 2100mm. Pavilions 2207 is located right in the heart of Palm Beach directly above the bustling shopping and dining precinct of Fifth Avenue, with a range of restaurants, cafes, bars, boutique stores on offer. Its only a short 200m stroll to the golden sands of Palm Beach, so you can easily switch between the beach and the pool on those hot days! Keys Keys are available to collect from a KeyNest Point located in Palm Beach, which is open to midnight. If arriving after midnight, keys will then be collected from Gold Coast Holiday Homes, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
