The Studio

The Studio has an open-plan configuration with en-suite shower room and kitchenette and is located in the centre of Dover town, within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, supermarket and the beach. Situated on a small hobby farm with great countryside views, sheep and chickens and near to family-friendly activities. Converted from a garage, the space if fully insulated with double glazed window and is warm and comfortable. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers and families of four. The space The Studio is an open plan space with 1 Queen bed and single bunk beds. 2 adults and 2 children can easily be accommodated. There is an electric heater and electric blanket on the Queen bed. The bathroom has a toilet, hand basin and shower and complimentary soap, shampoo & conditioner are provided as well as towels and a hair dryer. The kitchenette has an under counter fridge, microwave oven, single electric hot plate, electric rice cooker, toaster, kettle and pod coffee machine. We have a TV with free to air channels and built in DVD player. All bed linen and towels are supplied as well as crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. Guest access The Studio has it's own private entrance and you are welcome to enjoy the garden and walk the paddocks to say hi to our sheep and chickens. Other things to note We'll have the kitchen stocked with milk, bread, jams, breakfast cereal, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper & cooking oil.
