Lower floor in Randers single family home

You have in total 3 rooms and a bathroom. One room containing 1 single bed, sofabed for 2 people, table, chairs and television. One room containing 2 single beds and wardrobe. Third room containing fully equiped kitchen, refrigerator, oven, 2 tables and 5 chairs. You also have your own bathroom containing shower, washing mashine and dryer. Charging of electric car can be made against a payment of 200 kr. The space The house is located in a quiret area. Parking the car is just outside the house. Other things to note I expect cups, glasses, plates, pots and pan to be left clean after any use. Charging an electric car is possible against payment of DKK 100 per charge.
