Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Guest access Backyard Terrace BBQ Parking garage for 2 cars + Driveway for 2 cars Other things to note According to our rules we need to have the information about our guests prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an antifraud measure. Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided. - Pets are allowed in the House. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $20 per night per pet. - Login and password for logging into Netflix account are available upon request. ***Garbage*** Guests are responsible for removal all their garbage from premises upon check-out and disposing of it at appropriate waste facility.
