A short, 15 minute drive to the casinos, the Truckee River for rafting, or beaches of Lake Tahoe. This home cannot host more than 8 people over the age of 5. This applies 24/7. Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s). Other things to note DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME WITHOUT READING AND AGREEING TO THE HOUSE RULES: The maximum number of people allowed in the home is as follows: 10 for families including children under 5 years old, 8 for individuals over 5 years old. - You must be 25 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 5, with 3 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Pets: 1-2dogs up to 35 lbs are allowed in this home with pre-approval and payment of pet fee (no other pets/animals allowed in the home). Dogs must never be allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture. Dogs must be on a leash when outside the home. Bring a crate if you plan to leave the dog unattended. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture/beds, pet stains, dog droppings that are not picked up, and any damage caused by your dog. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges). - Our RnR Advantage Plan is included within the management fee quoted in your booking. This plan protects you against accidental damage up to $1,000. - No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement. It will be provided when you book your stay and must be returned within 48 hours.
