WELCOME! In the South of France, near CARCASSONNE, Toulouse, Spain... Outside, you will enjoy the swimming pool, garden, terraces, balcony, garages... Inside, you will be won over by the decoration of the different living spaces: the large living room by the pool with its wooden cladding and vinyl records on the wall and the sleeping area with its 2 spacious bedrooms and their view of the castle. The space PERFECT! In a small village with shaded squares, our farmhouse welcomes you for an unforgettable vacation! As soon as the gate is closed, you are at home! The 500 m2 plot is enclosed by dry stone walls. We appreciate the shaded area during our legendary heat waves, the 3 garages for cars and the swimming pool! Royal: 15 x 7 meters and equipped with a diving pit. Facing the pool, the large living room of 50 m2 is surprising with its decoration: Vinyl records and wood cladding on the walls! It's just great! On the terrace, we enjoy aperitifs, meals... the barbecue awaits us! From the outside you can access a "night" floor which has two large bedrooms of 12 m2 with cupboard, a bathroom with walk-in shower and double marble sink, all overlooking a balcony with views of the village castle. For added comfort, a 2nd shower and a 2nd toilet are located on the ground floor. Are you athletic? Come pedal along the Canal du Midi or mountain bike the trails of the Montagne Noire. Come and enjoy golf, horse riding, hiking, tennis... Like to read? Go for a stroll in Montolieu – "book village". Love history? The city of Carcassonne, the Cathar castles, Toulouse, Perpignan will open their arms to you! Do you like to party? You will be seduced by the festivals: "Les déferlantes" in Argeles sur mer, the "Rio Loco" in Toulouse, the Carcassonne festival... and its mythical fireworks and the blaze of its medieval city on July 14th.
