The bedroom closet conveniently houses a washer and dryer, ensuring that you can keep up with your laundry needs during your stay. Here are some distances to major attractions from the rental: Zilker Park (ACL) - 3.3 miles Barton Springs Pool - 5.5 miles Lady Bird Lake Trail - 5.1 miles Palmer Event Center - 4.6 miles Downtown/Austin Convention Center (SXSW) - 2.5 miles Airport - 8.3 miles Guest access Guests have access to the entire space. Other things to note We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 3) No events or parties 4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused. 5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you.
