The upstairs area offers open plan living design at its best with a fully appointed entertainer's kitchen and 2 of 3 outdoor decks. The master bedroom located upstairs is fully equipped with a large walk in robe, TV and private ensuite as well as large floor to ceiling windows to gaze out at the ocean before heading out for the day. The downstairs offers a whole separate living and entertainment space with easy access to the large yard for games and running about, a basketball hoop and cosy chill out lounge and kitchenette for down time. The property sleeps up to 8 adults with 3 large bedrooms downstairs offering single or queen sleeping options. There are 2 powder rooms for practicality and a family friendly bathroom with bath and shower options. This home has something for everyone. Secured from the street with a fence, a wash area for mountain bikes or beach equipment, plenty of room to spread out and enjoy, it's the perfect base for a nature lover who wants everything on their doorstep. Guest access Guests have access to the home at any time via a lockbox. Other things to note We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time.
