The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of an old historic building, Casa Claudini, a few steps from the Two Towers and Piazza S. Stefano. The peculiarity of the house is that it overlooks internal gardens and the rooftops of the city, therefore bright, quiet and away from the traffic of the street even though in the center! The location is really strategic, surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops, it is a stone's throw from the most important museums and theaters, as well as 10 minutes from the university area. The space The apartment is very central and is located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of Bologna. Bright and very quiet, it overlooks internal parks and the rooftops of the ancient city, away from the traffic of the street. Guided by a passion for art and restoration and a good dose of creativity, I took care of it down to the smallest details, trying to make it welcoming and special with antique or somehow interesting objects, because I love the house and I like guests to feel good there. Guest access Check-in is mainly done in person (I live next door and am happy to welcome my guests!). Occasionally, if unable, I will use self check-in and leave my keys in the keybox.
